My REFERENCE NUMBER IS: 001702, I wish to know why am I ignored despite several enquiries about the failure to deliver the service : REPAIR OF MY MOTHER'S TOMBSTONE, as promised which was paid for on 18 February 2022. I have sent WhatsApp messages, phone calls and emails to no avail. If you are unable to deliver the service, please refund me my R6, 000.00. My dearly departed mother was a reliable client of Kagiso Funeral Services and does not deserve this terrible treatment.
